He sits keeping me company in hospital.
I am very proud of all of you and what you have achieved so far this year.

The first Last Chance Graded Meet was a huge success for bucksburn swimmers.

Over the 2 days we had a total of 95 pb's and 8 medals. Our swimmers also managed to win the Cup for the Best Visiting Team.

MARCI HARMATI Bronze in 100 Butterfly, 100 Backstroke and 50 Breaststroke

LEIGH-ANNE ALEXANDER Silver in 100 Butterfly, 50 backstroke and 100 IM and Bronze in 50 Butterfly

well done to all swimmers who took part in the Bridge of Don april showers meet. A very successfull day with a total of 18 very good pbs.

CAITLIN PIRIE won a bronze in the 9 years 50 butterfly.
LEIGH-ANNE ALEXANDER won a silver in the 10 year old 50 breaststroke.
EMMA BRIDGEFORD won a silver in the 11 year old 50 breaststroke.
NIAMH JOHNSTON won a silver in the 11 year old 50 freestyle.

Bronze Squad Coach Marie Macrae is now Mrs Marie Anderson.
Marie and Mark Anderson were married on Friday 19th March.

The Dyce Mini Meet had 18 PB`s and Emma Bridgeford won GOLD in the Girls 11 Years 50m Back and Freestyle. She also took BRONZE in the 100m I.M

The Peterhead Graded Meet had 28 PB`s.
Jemma Pirie won GOLD in the 14 and Over 100m Back and Breaststroke and took SILVER in the 100 Freestyle.
Lindsey Black won GOLD in the 100m Fly and Catriona Mckay won GOLD in the 100m Freestyle.
Katherine Grant won SILVER for the 100m Fly and Back, taking BRONZE in the Breaststroke.
Ruairi Collinson won SILVER in both the 100m Fly and Breaststroke, taking BRONZE in the Back and Freestyle.
Sean Breen won SILVER in the 200m Back,Breaststroke and Freestyle.

The Cults Otters Novice Meet had 35 PB`s.
Leigh-Anne Alexander broke 2 Meet RECORDS taking GOLD in the 10 Years 50m Back and Freestyle. She also won SILVER in the Fly,Breaststroke and 100m I.M
Caitlin Gray won GOLD in the 9 Years 100m I.M and took SILVER in the 50m Freestyle as well as BRONZE in the 25m Fly.
Emma Bridgeford won SILVER in the 11 Years 50m Fly and Back as well as BRONZE in the 50m Freestyle and 100m I.M
Niamh Johnston won BRONZE in 11 Years 50m Fly and Back.
Callum Adams won SILVER in the 8 Years 25m Fly and the 100m I.M. He also won BRONZE in the 25m Breaststroke and Freestyle.
Alfie McPherson won BRONZE in the 8 Years 25m Fly,Back and 100m I.M
The 10/11 Years Relay Team of Joel Robertson, Emma Bridgeford, Leigh-Anne Alexander and Niamh Johnston won BRONZE in the Freestyle Relay.

A 49 seater Bus has been booked for the Deveron Sprints leaving Bucksburn Pool at 07.15 on Saturday 20th of March.
33 swimmers have been entered and hopefully everyone will get their swims.
At the moment it costs £11 - £12 per person, but there will be spare seats and if anyone wishes to travel with the swimmers it will take the cost down.
